With hands-on experience in finance, she possesses a deep understanding of "what an accountant does at different levels" and "what this means for the broader business." This expertise enables her to match candidates to not only technical requirements but also commercial, cultural, and broader business needs as defined by clients.
Having worked for a Big 4 practice, Jo’s approach is driven by integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service levels for both clients and candidates. She has been embedded in the finance market for decades, sourcing talent for clients across the UK, from the South of England to Scotland.
